Extreme Hardship
The psychological evaluation assesses the potential hardships on the family if an undocumented immigrant who is married to a US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident were to be deported. Evaluations assess both the perspective of the citizen remaining in the US without their spouse or family member and from the perspective of the resident leaving the US. Cost: $2000

Victim of Crime (U-Visa)
The U-Visa serves to protect non-citizen immigrants who have been victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and other crimes in the US who are willing to participate in the investigation or prosecution of that crime. The psychological evaluation aims to assess and address the substantial mental and/or physical abuse suffered by applicants. Cost: $2000

Human Trafficking (T-Visa)
The T-Visa program serves to protect victims of human trafficking, a form of modern-day slavery in which traffickers use force, fraud, or coercion to compel individuals to provide labor or services. Psychological evaluations assess extreme hardship involving unusual and severe harm for those who have suffered human trafficking were they to be removed from the US. Cost: $2000

Domestic Violence (VAWA)
VAWA petitions apply to spouses and former spouses who have suffered “extreme cruelty” by an abusive US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident, which includes but is not limited to violence, forceful detention, psychological abuse, sexual abuse, exploitation, rape, molestation, and forced prostitution. Cost: $2000

Political Aslylum
Political asylum cases refer to when an individual has been mistreated or abused in their home country due to their political or religious beliefs, gender, or ethnic identity, rendering them unable to return to that country because of further persecution or well-founded fear of persecution. A psychological evaluation would describe the mental health consequences of the abuse and how further abuse would impact them in the future. Cost: $2000

Cancellation of Removal
Cancellation of removal for Non Permanent Residents is a defense to deportation available to noncitizens with family in the United States who have been physically present in the US continuously for ten (10) years, have had good moral character for ten (10) years, and not been convicted of certain offenses, whereby deporting them would cause exceptional and extremely unusual harm on their US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident spouse, child, or parent. Cost: $2000

N648 CitizenshipExam Exemption
The N648 medical certification is for applicants who are unable to demonstrate working knowledge of the English language and US civics content. This form is for an exception to the English and civics requirements for naturalization due to a medical or psychological disability that has lasted or is expected to last 12 months or longer. Evaluations allow the clinician to assess how the disability affects learning English language and civics content and to provide diagnosis, description of disability/impairment, cause of disability, and assessment instruments used on the requisite form. Cost: $500

General Diagnostic Evaluation
A diagnostic evaluation is a structured process that helps us better understand what you’re experiencing and why. Through conversation and questionnaires I gather information about your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life history. The purpose is to identify whether your challenges fit with a specific mental health condition, clarify what might be contributing to your difficulties, and guide recommendations for treatment or support. It’s not about labeling you, but about creating a clear picture so you can get the right kind of help. Cost: $500

Gender Affirming Surgery
These evaluations serve transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming clients seeking gender affirmative surgeries by providing a mental health providers attestation to meeting the guidelines for surgical intervention established by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). Evaluations allow the clinician to assess a client’s mental health, understand their desired surgery and understanding of the surgery, and provide the story of their gender narrative in a way that is both humanizing and informative. Cost: $500
