I accept three forms of payment: 1) Debit or Credit card to be paid by invoice (email required), 2) Personal check, or 3) Cash. 

 

Please speak with me regarding your financial needs during our initial consultation. 

Evaluations: I request payment in two segments - half of the evaluation cost at the first visit and the second half after completion of the report. I can also provide 3-6 month structured payment plans to fit the needs of individuals and families. 

Therapy: I request payment at the end of each session.
