I accept three forms of payment: 1) Debit or Credit card to be paid by invoice (email required), 2) Personal check, or 3) Cash. 

 

Please speak with me regarding your financial needs during our initial consultation. 

Evaluations: I typically request payment in one segment on the day of the evaluation. However, I can also provide 2-12 month structured payment plans to fit the needs of individuals and families. 

Therapy: I request payment at the end of each session.
